How to list your house
To list your home for sale you need to click on "Add new Home" link. Enter information about the house into the appropriate fields; a sample form shown below. Click on "Save". The next step is to upload the pictures, if you have any.
- Metro Area is where your house is located. Physical address may be "123 Main st, Duluth, Georgia", but Duluth is part of Atlanta metro area. People moving into Atlanta area may not know that Duluth is part of Atlanta metro.
- Bedrooms/Bathrooms, etc. is the essential information. The more information you provide, the more people will find your house and the more they will be willing to go to the next step - contact you.
- Address is a must. Buyers want to know where exactly the house is. We will create a browseable map of the home so buyers can check the area.
- Caption is a short description displayed in the search results page. It is different from a house Description. This is your chance to capture buyers' attention and interest so they click further to find out more about the property.
- Description is a long description displayed in the detailed information page.
- Directions is a step by step driving directions to help people find this home. Directions are especially needed if the house is new and can not be found on Google, Yahoo or other online maps.
- Contact by is your choice how you want to be contacted. Phone, Alternate phone and email are set in your profile page.
- Published controls if this home is "published". Published means that it is visible in the search results.
